I couldn’t recommend Costa and Eva more highly. They went above and beyond on Christmas Eve when I couldn’t find a single vet in London who would / could do a home visit to euthanise my poor old boy whose health had deteriorated very suddenly. We were distraught at the thought of him suffering any longer than necessary but Costa and Eva were at our home in less than 1.5 hours all the way from Bognor. They were so professional, kind and compassionate not only towards Casper but also toward us. Our boy got to die with dignity in his own bed, in his own home which really meant a lot to us. As much as we would have loved to bury Casper in the garden, he was a large 35kg dog so we used the single cremation service. We’re very happy with the scatter tube that we have just got back. The sympathy card was unexpected and such a thoughtful touch. I can’t stop crying, I miss him so much. It’s a lovely keepsake that I can look back at. Thank you both so much, you were really there for us in our hour of need.

We have a 9 year old bunny who we cannot take to the vet anymore, as she gets too stressed now she is older. Our vet recommended VetsCarePets to us and Eva came to our home to treat Betsy our bunny. Eva was so kind and thorough with Betsy and prescribed the medicine we needed to help her. Most importantly Betsy really liked Eva and responded well to her help. We are so relieved to have found Eva and I would recommend her to anyone who has a nervous or old pet who does not like going to the vet. Thank you so much Eva.

What can we say about Costi and Eva< we have been very impressed with their dedication and care of our beloved Mia, during the last few weeks of her life , we would recommend them to any one who prefers a home visit rather than a trip to the Vets and know that they would get top class treatment and care for their pets. So relieved to have found a mobile vet for my very anxious rescue dog. Vetscarepets were great. Very understanding of how my dog would be around strangers. Delivered excellent care and very personable. Would fully recommend.

Costi and Eva have been nothing but amazing with all of our animals. We have 7 dogs and 5 cats and these vets are so compassionate and caring with all of them. They are definitely the best value for money in our area; and they come out to you, a service that not many vets provide. They’re pet ambulance is very well equipped and they also are very quick to respond, should there be an emergency. Any bad review is very unfair to these guys. I know english is not their first language but this doesn’t affect they’re knowledge and professionalism that they provide. I can’t recommend these guys enough as they really care for the animals. Very friendly and always happy to see them.

The best vet experience we’ve had!! Would give more stars if I could✨ Buddy had been unwell for a week despite visits to other vets and even an emergency vet on Sunday night. We were told that he was okay and nothing was wrong with him, however Buddy was getting progressively worse. We had heard about Costi from recommendations of our friends, so the morning Buddy got to his worst, we knew we had to act fast. We called Costi at 7AM and within 15 mins he was at our home. He was so kind, caring and loving to our Buds. He prescribed antibiotics (we knew he needed them as he was really unwell and nothing was helping, he was just getting worse throughout the week) and gave us food recommendations to help with Buddy’s sensitive stomach. Costi even came to see Buds a few days later to see how he was getting on. Buddy is now on the mend and has been doing so much better since we have taken onboard Costi’s recommendations. One happy boy 🐶 and two happy parents✨ 🙏
