Eva and Costa are down to earth, both have a calming nature and explain things throughly. But most importantly, they show a true; genuine love towards our Marley! They are compassionate, professional and truly dedicated in providing the best quality of care! They define what a vet is, moreover, what a vet should be! The first consultation wasn’t rushed or overlooked. We felt a massive weight lifted off of our shoulders. Never been one to write a review but I’ve always been one to read them. To those who have a anxious pet or perhaps you’re having a terrible experience with your current vet… You can trust my review! Here are some key qualities regarding VetsCarePets: •Time- nothing is rushed, no more 10 minute appointments!! Both Costa and Eva will stay as long as they need to. •Money- the mobile call out fee is totally acceptable! Worth every penny. Prices are extremely reasonable too!!! •Always on call- we can call/text with any worries or concerns regarding our border collie and they’ll soon be answered. Even on weekends! This has taken lots of stress off of our shoulders. As well as Marley’s because he hated going to the vets! Overall, we’ve had an amazing experience so far using the mobile service. Wish we had found VetsCarePets sooner!! Can’t thank Costa and Eva enough for the advice and support they have given!

We recently had to say goodbye to our beautiful dog. She was struggling and putting her in a car distressed her. A friend recommended Costi to us. He came to our house with Eva and they both made the whole experience calm. We were so happy that maggies last moments were in her home. Costi and Eva were patient, caring and kind. Everything was very peaceful. We can’t thank them enough for the compassion they showed Maggie and our family.

I couldn’t recommend Costa and Eva more highly. They went above and beyond on Christmas Eve when I couldn’t find a single vet in London who would / could do a home visit to euthanise my poor old boy whose health had deteriorated very suddenly. We were distraught at the thought of him suffering any longer than necessary but Costa and Eva were at our home in less than 1.5 hours all the way from Bognor. They were so professional, kind and compassionate not only towards Casper but also toward us. Our boy got to die with dignity in his own bed, in his own home which really meant a lot to us. As much as we would have loved to bury Casper in the garden, he was a large 35kg dog so we used the single cremation service. We’re very happy with the scatter tube that we have just got back. The sympathy card was unexpected and such a thoughtful touch. I can’t stop crying, I miss him so much. It’s a lovely keepsake that I can look back at. Thank you both so much, you were really there for us in our hour of need.

Costi could not have been more caring for my Westie Lola, and my elderly cat Maggie. He listens to the problems, forms a plan between himself and client for the best needs of the animal, and consults in a professional and friendly manner. He makes time for your pet, and sets them at ease. Highly recommended from Lola, Maggie and I.
